Make a quick stop at the loading zone in front of the hotel. During Check-in, we will explain you where to park your car. We recommend parking at 'Zülpicher Wall' at € 4,00 a day.

From Cologne central station take tram line 5 in direction „Ossendorf“ and get off at the second stop „Friesenplatz“. Change to line 15 in direction „Ubierring“ and get off at „Rudolfplatz“. Walk down the „Habsburgerring“ into the direction of the LIDL supermarket. Turn right into "Lindenstraße“ (near Kamps bakery). Walk down the street and turn left into „Engelbertstraße“. From there you can already see our SMARTY logo on the right handside.
Heavy luggage? Taxis can be found outside the central station and cost around € 10,00 - € 12,00.

Check into your room from 15:00 hrs to 05:00 hrs the following day at our Digital Self Check-in.

Do you need more time? For an additional € 10,00 we offer late check-out until 14:00 hrs depending on availability.

You can easily check in from 15:00 hrs through Digital Self Check-in. All you need to enter are your booking details. Your key card will drop out within seconds. Please be informed that we only accept card payment at the Digital Self check-in terminal.

Check-in step by step:
1. Enter last name or reservation number 
2. Select your reservation
3. Fill in registration form with contact details and signature
4. Proceed payment
5. Take your receipt, bed card and key card 
6. The key card opens the entrance door and room door
7. Place the bed card onto your bed (only in dorms)

Due to hygienic standards all foods stored in the fridge, must be labelled and wrapped in a bag. You find bags and labels at our infopoint.

Be free and do whatever you want - Store your luggage in our luggage room and enjoy Cologne without any restrictions. Use at own risk.

To keep our city as beautiful as it is, the city of Cologne charges a cultural fee. This cultural fee will be charged upon check-in and is 5% of your accommodation price.
